Today we headed directly east from Worland on US Hwy 16 to Ten Sleep. We had brand new wide, smooth shoulders to ride since they just finished updating the road surface. More beautiful views as we moved closer to the Big Horns. We met up with Steve again today on the road. He had elected to stop in Worland due to the heat. 90 degrees today by the time we rolled into town just after 11:30 am! Ten Sleep has a climbing festival for three days starting tomorrow - busy little town
An important step in packing the dry bags - compression 🙂
Interesting stop along the way with info on the relationship between Mammoths and Man
The view from the route of the Big Horns
We had about 10 of these big rolling hills today each with 100 to 300 feet of climbing
We were wondering on the way into town ..,
